And it is a busy Summer to be sure. I’ve received a promotion at work while I was moving and so this blog has been neglected. With these warmer Summer days, which are still cool by most national averages, there is a lot to do out of doors. Some of it involves food. Most of it involves some fun with the boyfriend.

He bought me some plants for cooking: Purple basil, Basil basil, German Thyme and Lavender.

We have been out touring the countryside and looking at the beautiful scenery that the glaciers were kind enough to carve for us thousands of years ago.

I have not forgotten about the goodness of german culture or this blog and its wonderful readers. It’s been so busy! So busy in fact that I still haven’t looked at the liner notes for the new Matthias Reim CD. But there is information on the way. And a new post soon to follow.
